(1) Click on the PATIENTS tab and show the inactive patient. Click on this link for the guide.
(2) Then choose the an inactive patient.
(3) Then click on Overflow device menu > Choose Activate patient.
(4) Then click on yes for the confirmation message.
(5) The patient is now active.
