(1) Click on the PATIENTS tab > Then click on the patient to be updated.
(2) Then click on Overflow device menu > Choose Deactivate patient.
(3) Then confirm the deactivation of patient.
(4) It will then update the patient list, removing the deactivated patient.
Adding a new patient
