To Complete an appointment, you can either update it on the appointment list :

(1) Click on the appointment that you want to complete. > Then choose Finished.

(2) This will complete the appointment and update the status color to blue.

Or you can update it under the details of the visit.

(1) Click on an appointment.

(2) Under the visit details, click on the DATES tab.

(3) Then click on the “This Visit” section.

(4) Click on the status of the visit. (PENDING)

(5) Choose Finished.

(6) Then click on Save button to continue

(7) The status of the visit has now changed to FINISHED.
(8) Then click on back.

(9) The status color of the appointment has now been change to BLUE.
