How to use MobileBiz Pro from a computer

1. Install TeamViewer QuickSupport on your Mobile Device

1) Go to playstore and search for teamviewer.
2) Then choose TeamViewer QuickSupport.

3) Then install TeamViewer QuickSupport.

4) After installation, it will then prompt you to install the add-on. Choose Download.

5) Then install the Add-on.

6) You have successfully install TeamViewer QuickSupport on your device.
7) Please note the ID displayed, as this will be use to connect your PC to your android device.

2. Install TeamViewer on your PC

1) Open a browser and go to www.teamviewer.com
2) Then download the teamviewer application.

3) Choose “install” and click on “Accept – finish” to start installing the app.

3) Installation for Teamviewer on PC is complete.

3. Connect your desktop to your device.

1) From your desktop, open TeamViewer.
2) Enter the Partner ID – This is the ID display from your device.
3) Choose “Remote control”.
4) Then click on “Connect to partner”

5) On your device, it will then ask permission to remotely access your phone. Choose “Allow”.

6) Once connected, it will display a message that the assigned PC ID is now connected to your device.

4. Access your device remotely.

1) After the connection, go back to your desktop and click on “Remote control”.

2) From your device, it will again ask permission to allow remote control your phone. Choose “Allow”

3) You can now access your mobile from your PC.

4) Click on Home to display the Home screen of the device.
5) Then open MobileBiz Pro

6) You can now access MobileBiz Pro from your PC.
