Let’s have a look at where each section can be customized.

Company Logo

Follow the screens to see where logo can be set..
HomeMenu
1.) Go to Home > Menu > TOOLS > Settings.

2.) Tap on Company Logo.

3.) Tap on “Find my logo”, then choose the location of the image.
4) Enter the pixel width and height of the image for PDF output and HTML printout.
5) Then click on “save” button.

Company Name & Address

Sale Totals

Follow the screens to see where you can change the totals ..

1) Open an invoice.
2) Click on the share icon.

3) Then choose “Modify templates”

5) Then choose Sales Totals.

Sale Columns

Follow the screens to see where you can add/remove columns ..

1) Open an invoice.
2) Click on the share icon.

3) Then choose “Modify templates”

4) Then choose “Print templates”

5) Then choose Sales Columns.

6) One box is one column. Click one box to edit/re-order/remove. Click Add Column to add more.

7) Enter the title and the tag value for the column.
8) Then click on save. This will add a new column to the output.

Other Areas

Follow the screens to see where Bill To, Ship To, Payment and Other info can be set ..

1) Open an invoice.

6) Don’t forget to tick Show to make sure it appears on printout. Then Save.

Extra Grid

Follow the screens to see where you can add this grid ..

1) Open an invoice.
2) Click on the share icon.

3) Then choose “Modify templates”

4) Then choose “Print templates”

5) Then choose “Extra Grid”.

6) Click on “Add Column” button to enter the column details.
7) Enter the “TITLE” of the Column (ex. Project)
8) Then for the “VALUE”, click on “TAGS” and choose the tag name, in this case we choose {PROJ.NAME}.
9) Then click on Save button

10) This will display the columns for the Extra grid.
11) Repeat step 4 – 7 to add more columns.
12) When finish, click on Done

Adding Notes
